Through the potting process parts, mostly electronics, are potted into a housing using 2-component cast resin, or circuit boards are covered with a potting layer.

Or component surfaces are covered, often with a transparent protective coating. The potting hardens at room temperature and becomes an integral part of the potted part or final device.The great advantage is that potting can be achieved through fully or partly automated processing and dispensing.

The part application is carried out in an economical and reliable fashion with an automatic mixing and dispensing system.

Nowadays a modern production without two-component materials is unimaginable. Particularly in the automotive industry, the electronics industry and the field of solar technology. But there is an increasing use of adhesives, sealants, fillers and insulation comprising two components (resin and curing agent), too. For example in the production of led light encapsulation,  electronic part potting, filter, lable stickers, articles of daily use and even clothes.

Only when the two components are mixed in the correct ratio they cure and achieve their ultimate strength. At the time they are about to be used at the production site. The primary goal for the optimum automation of such applications is not only dosing precision or dispensing precision. But also strict adherence to the mixing ratio. With our special mixing head from our metering components we ensure that the exact mixing ratio is retained from the very start to the very end of the dosing procedure. Even where very small quantities are concerned.


I.Machine description and working principle

Automatic glue mixing  and dispenser machine is mainly used for a two-component glue( Epoxy/ Silicone/PU,etc adhesive), automatic metering and mixing the ratio of glue. The glue are stored in two barrels separately, according the glue weight ratio and volume demand automatic metering by two sets of precision pump, supply to a mixing device fully mixing, and then potting/dispensing the desired products.
